Employees have received a memo from Dell’s senior executives Bill Scannell and John Byrne. Its title is – Global Sales Modernization Update. It says that we are redefining our priorities.

According to the report, many employees of Dell’s sales team have confirmed that they have been fired or their colleagues have lost their jobs. According to a person aware of the matter, this layoff has affected managers and senior managers more. Apart from managers, directors and VPs have also been affected by the layoff. People have also lost jobs in marketing and operations.

According to reports, the company has been continuously retrenching employees for some time. The report quotes an employee as saying that the company is retrenching employees every 6 months. The employee says that he has been looking for a job for a long time.
