The company’s sales have increased rapidly in the last few years. Recently, the company launched the V-Strom 800 DE motorcycle. Its price is around Rs 10.30 lakh (ex-showroom).
The V-Strom 800DE is powered by a 776 cc, liquid cooled parallel twin engine. It generates a maximum power of 83 bhp and a peak torque of 78 Nm. Its mileage is claimed to be 22.7 kmpl. Apart from this, it sells Avenis, Access 125, Burgman Street and Burgman Street EX scooters. The company’s Access 125 scooter achieved the manufacturing milestone of 50 lakh units last year. It was the first scooter in the 125 cc segment. The company’s Hayabusa is quite popular in the segment of powerful motorcycles. It has a 1,340 cc air-cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC, in-line engine.
