It has a 1.0 liter petrol engine which generates 72 hp power and 96 Nm torque. There is also an option of 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine. It generates 100 hp power and 160 Nm torque.
This year has started well for automobile companies. Most of these Companies has registered growth in January as compared to the same period last year. Around four lakh cars were sold in January. Sales of Maruti Suzuki, one of the big car makers, grew by around 15.5 percent to 1,99,364 units. The company had sold 1,72,535 units in the same period last year. Sales of Tata Motors in January grew by 12 percent year-on-year. The company sold 54,033 units including electric vehicles (EV) last month. Its sales were 48,289 units in the same period last year. Exports of passenger vehicles of Tata Motors have also increased.
