He said that in the last 10 years, capital expenditure on infrastructure has been increased from Rs 2 lakh crore to more than Rs 11 crore. Modi said that 75 new airports have been built in the last 10 years.
Under the ease of living policy of the central government, Modi also informed about the construction of about 1,000 modern resting facilities for truck and cab drivers on national highways. Along with this, he also emphasized the need to promote research on green hydrogen and ethanol for the automobile sector.
