Honda Compact SUV Elevate Prices Hiked by Rs 58,000, Getting Strong Demand

Honda Cars, one of the major automobile companies, has increased the price of its compact SUV Elevate by Rs 58,000. This is the first increase in its price since its launch last year. Its price will start from Rs 11.58 lakh. The price of its top-end dual-tone variant has increased to Rs 16.48 lakh.

A media Report According to, this SUV is getting good response from customers. Recently its Sale It had crossed 20,000 units. Elevate has a 1.5 liter 4 cylinder DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine. It generates 119 BHP of power at 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 4,300 rpm. It has a 10.25 inch LCD infotainment system with Apple CarPlay. Elevate also has the facility of wireless charging.

Recently, the company had said that in the last three months, Elevate’s share in its total sales has been more than 50 percent. There is more demand for the CVT variant of the Elevate SUV. Honda Cars Director (Marketing and Sales), Yuichi Murata had said, “We are excited with the success of Elevate. It has exceeded our expectations. This shows the customers’ trust and preference for the company. We have increased the production of Elevate to reduce its waiting period.” In the SUV segment, it competes with Hyundai’s Creta, Kia’s Seltos, Maruti Suzuki’s Grand Vitara, Volkswagen’s Taigun, MG Motor’s Astor and Skoda’s Kushaq.

More than 90 percent of the components of the Elevate SUV have been locally sourced. It is being manufactured at the company’s factory in Tapukara, Rajasthan. It is also being exported from the country. A lot of space has been provided in its interior. It is available in Phoenix Orange Pearl, Obsidian Blue Pearl, Radiant Red Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic and Meteoroid Gray Metallic colors. It has the option of six-speed manual transmission and CVT. It has ventilated front seats, door-panel mounted ORVMs, LED headlights, connected LED lights. Elevate has features like six airbags, electronic stability control, hill hold assist, advanced driver assistance system, automatic emergency braking.
