However, Spotify has said that people who lose their jobs will be helped. Such employees will be given an average payment of 5 months. It is not yet decided how much amount will be given as help. The amount of help will be decided according to the work and notice period of the employees. The company has also assured that help will also be provided in the medical expenses of the people who lose their jobs.
