Action can be taken by the company against employees who violate this. Earlier, TCS had encouraged employees to come to the office through social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. The company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Milind Lakkad, recently said that working together in the office is the only way to teach TCS values ​​to employees. He said, “We believe that employees need to come to the office so that the new workforce can integrate with the company’s large workforce. We are asking people to come to the office every day of the week.” He said that people believe that being in the office is better. Milind said, “About 70 percent of our employees have started coming to the office.”

TCS says that it will fulfill all the recruitment offers that it has given. However, the joining of new employees may be delayed due to business requirements. Earlier, many other software companies like Infosys had also asked their employees to come to the office.
