Xiaomi says that it gets the Qilin II battery pack co-developed with CATL, which can discharge 1330kW. The battery’s 897-volt architecture also contributes to the car’s fast charging capabilities. Many of its parts are made of carbon fiber, which helps keep its weight low. Compared to the Xiaomi SU7, the upcoming SU7 Ultra has lost more than 500 kg of weight. However, air conditioning has been removed from it for now, which directly affects its quick acceleration.
