Such an act forces the user to make such purchasing decisions, which he might not have made if he was aware of the reality of that product. Therefore, doing so is wrong.
Amazon But the entire list of products listed in the name of Ram Mandir has been brought under the scanner, which includes Shri Ram Mandir Ayodhya Prasad- Raghupati Ghee Laddu, Ayodhya Ram Mandir Ayodhya Prasad, Khoya Khobi Laddu, Ram Mandir Ayodhya Prasad- Desi Cow Milk Peda etc. CCPA has sent a notice to Amazon asking it to respond in this regard within 7 days. If the company does not take any necessary steps, action will be taken against it under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
