Recently, a shocking incident came to light in Bengaluru, where the traffic police issued a challan of Rs 1.36 lakh to a woman. Actually, it is being told that the woman was riding triple on her Honda Activa scooter without wearing a helmet, that is, she was riding with two other riders. The violations allegedly committed by the woman include riding without a helmet, carrying a pillion without a helmet, riding on the wrong side of the road, using a mobile phone while riding and breaking traffic signals.
