Google One crosses 100 million subscribers after YouTube Premium CEO Sundar Pichai reveals

The number of subscribers of Google’s cloud storage service Google One has crossed 10 crores. Google and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai has given this information through his social media handle. Google One is the company’s cloud storage service which provides additional storage for Gmail, Drive, and Photos etc. Apart from Google One, there are two more services whose subscribers have crossed 10 crores.

Google The number of subscribers of YouTube Music and YouTube Premium has also crossed the 100 million mark. This means that more than 10 crore people have now subscribed to these services. The company’s CEO Sundar Pichai has given this information on the social media platform X. The CEO made the announcement through a post. Pichai wrote in the post, ‘We have crossed the 100 million subscribers mark for Google One! We want to see this speed in our new AI Premium plan, which includes AI features like Gemini Advanced, plus Gemini in Gmail, Docs + and many more to come.’ 2TB storage facility is provided in the Google One Premium plan.

Google One In the Premium plan, the user is also given some extra features like VPN, and dark web monitoring etc. Now the company has come up with a new AI Premium Plan in which the user is also being given access to Gemini AI. In the coming time, under this plan, the user will be offered AI features in Gmail and Docs. Google One plan starts at $1.99 per month. It offers 100GB storage which can be shared with five people. The company also provides access to VPN service in the US with it.

The company has also officially launched its AI tool Gemini. Under the Google One AI Premium plan, users can also use Gemini Advanced. Gemini AI is said to be more advanced than other artificial intelligence models. It can also play with text, voice, and images. Its dedicated app is also available for Android users. Gemini AI comes with multitasking power. It can do many tasks at a time. That means for the user, it can work on images, videos, text, code at the same time.
