Japan Launches e-Visa: Japan has launched an e-Visa program for many countries. India is also included in this list. If you want to visit Japan, you can now travel by making an e-Visa. This is a very easy process and you can apply for a visa almost from home. According to a report by NDTV, Japan’s e-Visa program provides a single-entry visa, which lasts for 90 days. It is designed for travelers who are planning to enter Japan by air and hold ordinary passports.

Countries whose citizens are eligible for Japan’s e-visa program include Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, UAE, UK, USA and India. Along with Indian citizens, foreign nationals residing in India will also be able to apply for e-visa.

• Choose the right visa for your trip and submit all the required documents, otherwise your application may get cancelled.

• After receiving the e-mail, you will have to pay the visa fee. After the payment, the e-visa will be issued.
• You may also be requested to be physically present at a nearby Japanese embassy during the application process.
