JioGames adds GameSnacks titles
Reliance said in a press release that the integration with GameSnacks will initially bring eight HTML5 titles to the JioGames platform. These games include popular titles like Daily Sudoku, Om Nom Run and Traffic Tom. Apart from this, new games will be added every week on the JioGames Android app, after which they will come on the Jio set-top box.
According to Reliance, GameSnacks titles will be available to play for free for all JioGames users and will appear on the JioGames app homepage on Android smartphones. GameSnacks games will also be available on JioGames Mini apps on MyJio and JioTV.
The JioGames app claims to be a one-stop destination for games, game streaming, gaming, e-sports tournaments, etc. The platform has hundreds of small games across different genres that can be played on smartphones and TVs. JioGames also has its own developer program that helps game developers add their titles across all devices.
The JioGames service requires an internet connection to play instant HTML5 games within the app. Reliance also plans to launch JioGames+, which will allow players to download games available on the service on Android devices soon.
