Engine and Power
Mahindra The first 1.2L mStallion Turbocharged Multipoint Fuel Injection (TCMPFi) engine in XUV 3XO generates 82kw of power at 5000 rpm and 200Nm of torque at 1500-3500 rpm. The second is a 1.2 L mStallion Turbocharged Intercooled Gasoline Direct Injection (TGDi) engine that generates 96kw of power at 5000 rpm and 230Nm of torque at 1500-3750 rpm. The third is a 1.5L Turbo Diesel CRDe engine that generates 85.8kw of power at 3750 rpm and 300Nm of torque at 1500-2500 rpm. In terms of transmission, 6MT/6AT/A AutoSHIFT+ option is available.
Tata Nexon The first is a 1.2L turbocharged Revotron 3 cylinder petrol engine that generates 88.2 power at 5500rpm and 170NM torque at 1750-4000rpm. The second is a 1.5L turbocharged Revotron 4 cylinder diesel engine that generates 84.5 power at 3750rpm and 260NM torque at 1500-2750rpm. Braking and Suspension
Mahindra XUV 3XO has disc brakes in the front and rear. Talking about the suspension, McPherson strut suspension with anti-roll bar is provided in the front and twist beam suspension with coil spring is provided in the rear.
Tata Nexon has disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. In terms of suspension, Tata Nexon has independent, lower wishbone, McPherson strut with coil spring at the front and semi-independent open profile twist beam suspension with stabilizer bar, coil spring and shock absorber at the rear.
Safety Features
