In September 2023, Tata Motors sold a total of 15,325 units of Tata Nexon. Maruti Suzuki Brezza was at second place, with 15,001 units sold. Tata’s Punch was at third place, with a total of 13,045 units sold. At the same time, the fourth position was grabbed by Hyundai Creta with 12,717 units and behind it was the Venue of the same company with 12,204 units. A total of 11,846 units of Mahindra’s Scorpio-N and Classic were sold.
The list also includes Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Fronx which sold 11,376 and 11,455 units respectively. The newly launched Kia Seltos sold 10,558 units and Mahindra Bolero was the 10th best selling SUV in September with 9,519 units.
As we mentioned, Tata Motors recently upgraded its Nexon ICE and EV range with new facelift models. Both SUVs have received major changes, from design style to interiors. The SUVs have also received new attractive colours and an attempt has been made to keep the price the same as the earlier models.
While the Nexon is priced starting at Rs 8.10 lakh and going upto Rs 15.5 lakh (both prices ex-showroom), the Nexon EV is now priced starting at Rs 14.74 lakh and going upto Rs 19.94 lakh (both prices ex-showroom).
