The company’s dress code policy requires business casual dress for associates from Monday to Thursday. However, smart casual dress is allowed on Friday.

Like many other tech companies, TCS also decided to end it at the end of last year. The company had said that employees would have to report to the office at least three days a week.
After this, TCS announced that the company has completely ended work from home and has called employees to the office five days a week from October 1. In September last year, TCS had asked its staff to come to the office at least three days a week. In an email sent to the employees, the company had told that they will have to work from the office three days a week as per the roster prepared by their supervisor. Action can be taken by the company against employees who violate this. Earlier, TCS had encouraged employees to come to the office through social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
