TCS hire over 10000 freshers from top engineering colleges

India’s largest IT firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has hired a large number of job freshers. It is reported that the company has hired more than 10 thousand students. The company has hired these students under its recruitment campaign who come from various colleges of India. The company has made these recruitments through National Qualifier Test (NQT).

For the last several months, it has been heard for tech companies around the world that companies are constantly reducing the number of their employees. News of layoffs from big tech companies is still coming out every day. In such a situation, this big recruitment of Tata Consultancy has come as a relief for the youth looking for jobs in India. There was concern among the youth about the decrease in demand for jobs in the IT sector. Meanwhile Tax Consultant has given more than ten thousand jobs to the youthvia) have been given. This hiring has been done in the first phase of recruitment.

Last month, TCS had announced to conduct the National Qualifier Test. This test has been designed by TCS iON in which the company tests the intelligence and skills of the candidate. The company is going to make recruitments through this. Apart from Tata Group, many other firms also make recruitments through this test, which also includes names like Happiest Minds. The last date to apply for this recruitment of TCS was April 10. The company is going to conduct this test under the second phase on April 26.

The first phase of the recruitment drive is for primary colleges. The second phase will be held on April 26 in which space has been reserved for the remaining students. According to the placement officers of the company, the National Qualifier Test and campus placements are going on in the company. The company is hiring in three categories – Ninja, Digital, and Prime categories.
