NordPass’ ‘Most Common Password of 2023’ List The list of the weakest and most common passwords has been released, in which the weakest and most common password that topped the list was ‘123456’. This password was used 4,524,867 times. Not only this, the data shows that it will take less than 1 second for hackers to crack this password. Similarly, the password ‘admin’ was at the second place in the list of top 200.

‘12345678’ was at the third place, ‘123456789’ at the fourth, ‘1234’ at the fifth and ‘12345’ at the sixth. It will take less than 1 second to crack all of these.
