A new leak has surfaced regarding the Xiaomi 15 series. Earlier, the specifications of this series have also been leaked. Now (via) A new revelation has been made by popular tipster Digital Chat Station about its camera. The company can use a 200MP camera in Xiaomi 15 Ultra. This can be a periscope telephoto lens in which Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor can be given. The same sensor has been given in Vivo X100 Ultra as well.
What is special about Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor
Samsung’s new HP9 sensor comes with a 1/1.4 optical lens. It supports 200 million pixels, i.e. 20 crore pixels and each pixel is 0.56 micrometers. The pixel density of this sensor is very high and that is why the image is captured in great detail. It is equipped with tetra pixel technology and changes the pixels to a 4×4 configuration. This enhances the bokeh effect, and low-light photography can also be done with great results.
Another special feature of this sensor is that it has in-sensor zoom up to 2x or 4x. Which can be combined with a 3x optical zoom module. Due to this, it zooms up to 12X while maintaining the image quality. That is, even in 12x zoom, it can capture photos with detailed quality. Apart from this, it has high refractive index micro lens support which can focus more closely on RGB colors. Due to this, it can capture photos in sharper and more vibrant colors in low light as compared to older sensors.
The specifications of Xiaomi 15 Ultra are now in rumors. According to the available information, the phone will have a dual layer OLED panel with 2K resolution. It can have an ultrasonic onscreen fingerprint sensor. The phone can come with Android 15 based HyperOS 2.0. It can have up to 24GB of RAM. The phone can come with a 6,200mAh battery.
