Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Water Purifier 800G in China and information about it has been posted on Chinese social media platforms. Announcement The new purifier has been launched at a price of 1,799 yuan (about Rs 20,000). At the same time, the price of each filter cartridge used in it is 899 yuan (about Rs 10,000), for which the company claims that its lifecycle is five years.
Coming to the features, the Mijia Water Purifier 800G has a water flow rate of 2.12 liters per minute, with a pure water production rate of 70.3% and a pure wastewater ratio of 2:1. It has a five-stage purification system. It includes an RO composite filter and a PPC composite filter to clean the water.
Both the filter cartridges are fitted with special RFID chips that help differentiate between fake and real ones. When the life of the filter is about to expire, these chips display an alert on the screen on the purifier.
The Mijia Water Purifier 800G features a smart display that shows real-time TDS levels and the lifespan of its dual filter cartridges. The purifier uses Pure One technology that guarantees chlorine-free water in the main water supply line. The filter comes equipped with two self-cleaning modes to prevent clogging and increase the lifespan of the filter cartridges.
