It has been said that the arrangement of work from home for three years after Corona is sufficient. Along with this, employees have been told that except for medical reasons, they will have to attend the office regularly.
In another email, the company has informed about restoring the charge for bus services. From next month, its employees will have to pay Rs 150 per day for bus services. However, this charge will not exceed Rs 1,500 per month. Infosys employees were allowed to work from home for nine days every month before Corona.
Recently, global software company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) also made it mandatory for employees to report to the office five days a week. Along with this, the company advised employees to follow the dress code in the office. TCS Chief Human Resource Officer, Milind Lakkad said in an email to employees that Company TCS wants to see its associates in the office on all working days. He had said, “A large number of associates have joined the company in the last two years and they were working virtually or in a hybrid manner. It is our responsibility to integrate them.” Along with this, he had said in this email that employees should also take care of the dress code because they also represent the company. Earlier, TCS had said that about 70 percent of its employees have returned to the office.
