Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Launched with 636 cc Engine Know Features

Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Kawasaki has launched the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R in the Indian market. The new Ninja ZX-6R features updated styling, new features, improved dynamics, updated powertrain and more. Availability of Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R

The ex-showroom price of Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is Rs 11.9 lakh. Booking of Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R bike has started and delivery is going to start at the end of this month. The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R will compete with Honda CBR 650R and Aprilia RS660.

Engine and Power

Kawasaki The Ninja ZX-6R is powered by an updated liquid-cooled, inline-four, 636 cc engine that produces 122.3 bhp and 69 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine also gets new exhaust headers, a new cam profile and a redesigned exhaust system.

Talking about the suspension, it gets a 41mm Showa inverted fork setup with a bottom-link Uni-Track mono-shock unit at the rear. Both are fully adjustable for preload, compression and rebound damping. For braking, there is a dual semi-floating 310mm disc with 4-piston calipers at the front and a single 220mm petal disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear.

Features

In terms of features, the bike gets Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-Lock Brake System (KIBS) ABS, traction control, slipper clutch, a quick shifter, a new TFT full-color instrumentation with smartphone connectivity via the Kawasaki Rideology app, and ride modes include Sport, Rain, Road and customizable rider mode. Talking about the design, the new bike has a re-designed headlamp with a sharp look and the signature Ninja series taillamp has been given at the rear.
