We value mutual cooperation and this cannot be done through zoom calls or other online mediums.” Recently, TCS had decided to link the salary hike and variable payment for its employees to the rule related to working from the office. The heads of units in the company had told their teams that the grades required for promotion would be based on their working from the office.
