The report says that the company is not just focusing on sales, it is also paying attention to customer experience after the sale. This is the reason why Xiaomi is paying special attention to after-sales service. The company is also providing installation within 10 minutes of delivery of the AC.
Xiaomi entered the air conditioner market in 2021. In the first year itself, the company sold 20 lakh units. After that, in 2023, this figure reached 40.4 lakh units. In the first quarter of 2024, the company sold 6 lakh 90 thousand ACs. In this way, the company achieved year-on-year growth of 63 percent. The report says that by 2026, this figure would have increased much more.
